I bought new Splendor bike on after riding few kilometers I came to know that bike is giving missing pumps while riding and suddenly stops. After first incident I visited to the dealership and asked about them for the problem but they said that it will be fine after first service. After riding few more kilometers and and facing the same problem during that time, I visited workshop fir first service and said them to solve the problem. On the same day they delivered the vehicle after service and said that vehicle is OK now but while riding to my village and crossing the vehicles same problem arised and this time I just saved my life by towing the bike with my hand to other side of the road as big truck was coming from behind and at that time bike was stopped in middle of the road. At the same moment I called to the manager (Surender) and told him about the incident, he assured to resolve the problem again and asked me to take the vehicle on the workshop on next day. As communicated, i visited the workshop on next day with vehicle and asked them to solve the issue and that time they said that there is a problem of RPM and they are solving it with the machine and later they hand over the vehicle to me, but till date I am facing the same problem and and risking my life everyday while riding the bike, because I am a middle class person and hardly own a bike means that dealer will harrass me like that and will not solve the problem. Same problem is facing by one of my friend Rohtash Godara in his new bike and he is also suffering fro mthis pain.
