Hero Motocorp — Bike service is not proper

I have given my bike for service to hardik motor situated in new sanganer road jaipur rajasthan which have a issue regarding failure in pollution test and i have always done my bike service regularly in every 3 months so why its failed the test and when i received my bike after service its been start the chain sound and self start is not working and i told them for this so they were not responded for this and took my bike for 1 more day for service and today i received my bike still same sound is their or no one is responded on this.
