Hero Motocorp — brand new bike starting issue | |
I have purchased a hero splender plus bs6 i3s on 17th july 2020, it has started showing engine issues now. The bike is not starting properly, is overheating and a wierd very high pitch tick tick sound coming from the bike. I took the bike to the service center. After going five times, he was able to locate the problem. Now they are saying they do not have part. It will take 5 days to get new part. Due to my problem in my bike i have got three to four days off and i do not even have a another bike to go to my office. I tried to contact another service centers too. But everyone's phone is switched off. I tried to talk to customer care too but i could not find any help there too. Hero motocorp have very poor customer support. No one is going to tell you what to do next. Please help as soon as possible. What a joke? I spent ₹ 85000 getting a new bike. And the next day your bike breaks down. And after that you are walking around the showroom no one is listening.
