Hero Motocorp — chain and both grills are disturbed just at 3000 km

Chain, front and back grills are in condom condition due to poor service or wrong service.. when i visit to my 2nd service the service man said me to change chain and both grills .. I asked for change of it they demand for money.. i have just 2nd service of my bike.. i am from Lalganj, pratapgarh, utter Pradesh... kindly help me.. and allow them to change my damaged part...
