Mine is a 2019 November model Xpulse. The bike is still under warranty. The bike had a minor complaint which I didn’t noticed during the delivery. It’s about the painting job. The clear coat on the upper, and both sides of the tank is damaged. I took my bike to the showroom and told them the same story. They told me that they’ll get me the tank replaced. It’s been Almost 5 months since they’ve made that promise and nothing had happened till now. I went to the showroom many times asking for the replacement. Still nothing happened. I want that replaced part, and I wish Hero MoroCorp will enquire about this. Details of the showroom will be given below as a screenshot.
