Hero Motocorp — Complaining fraud to claim warranty by K.S. Motors situated in Bagdogra

Sir,
I would like to inform you that I am Khagandra Pradhan, have purchased a XTREME SPORTS fron K.S.Motors located in Bagdogra on 7th August 2016. Which registration no. WB-74M-6142, registration date is 09-September-2016, Engine No. KC12EFGGD00858 and Chassis No. MBLJC12ELGGD00289. I have completed all the servicing from K.S. Motors at Bagdogra at timely and after that have done servicing from K.S. Motors in ZERO service charge policy as they mentioned.
Last year I mean in the year of 2020 when I had gone to for servicing, then one of your service engineer informed me that there was some major problem in my bike and the problem arise due to manufacturing fault/defect. Then I was asked for warranty claimed for those problem and they provide me the warranty for CYL kits, Carburetor & Self start motor, but due to lockdown and lack of stock they was unable to provide or serve me the warranty for both (i.e. Left & Right both) rear shockers of my bike. when i asked them for, why the shokers was not changed they told me that due to lack of stock they couldn't able to change those and ensure me that they will arrange those parts as soon as possible and will informed me but till today they didn't try to communicate with me and now they said that my service warranty period has already over/ end by 4th May 2021. You can confirm my statement from your service Engineers, about the above.
My concern is that if i brought the bike on 7th August 2016 and it have 5 years of warranty periods then it should be end by the month of Agugust 2021 and the shocker has manufacturing defective and the defect identifyed by you service engineer on 2020. And would like to inform you that the incharge of K.S. Motors told me that they can't change the damaged shocker now.
Here, I have a query is that why they didn't change those damaged or defective shockers on 2020 within the warranty period.
Now I would like to take your attention that I am Facing the problem of damaged shockers from last year' 2020 and now it's became very danger/ risky to ride the bike without replacement of the shockers, also would like to inform you that the warranty period are going to end within a couple of days, but till date i didn't get the solution/ replacement of those damaged shockers of my bike.
I was registered a complaint about above on 18/06/2021 which Request ID[protected]. And as per my request they said that one of your Concerned Person would be in touched with me within 48 hours, but till now there is no response from your side.
On 30 June'2021 I got a Call from K.S. Motors and they told me that they will change my both shockers and asked me to reached at their work shop on 1st July 2021, but due to my personal reason i reached their workshop on 4th July 2021 and now they said to me that they will change only one shocke would be change and they will not give another one. And they give an excuse that now your service enginer said that one of them is ok. Then my question is that why your service enginer told me from last year (i.e. 2020 ) that both shockers are damaged.
So, I request you to, please take necessary action to Change those rear shockers of my bike.
Purchase Bill/ Receipt of K.S. Motors and RC Book has attached as evidence of purchase date and warranty periods.

Would like to inform you that as my previous complain, I got a call from K.S. Motors and they said to me that they will change my shockers and on the same day I reached there and after few hours they told me that they had changed my shockers as per their commitment.
But the day after i.e. 20th July 2021 i found that the shockers problem didn't fixed and the problem was same.
When i informed them about that they told me that maybe that was manufacturing defect and they will change those as soon as possible. And every time i asked them for the same the told me they will call me. I was reached their service workshop few times but they told me same thing.
I have drought that did they actually change those shockers or not?
They aslo denied and said me that your TSEM Mr. Shantanu Chakraborty ordered them to denied to give the service of my engine, and the reason they show me that the warranty has over.
Then my concern is that my warranty has expired in last month and i asked them for the same for last 2 years.
