This is reference to my complaint number [protected] ( 04.01.2021 ) regarding problem in my New Maestro Edge and it was attended thrice by your authorised service centre Raj Auto ( Aurangabad ) but since the problem not yet resolved and now i am very disappointed about your seriousness of our complaint. This is a height of your service centre that they could not find permanent solution on our problem.
Considering your seriousness and overview we are going to make a complaint on consumer forum against Hero Company and dealer Raj Auto as faulty vehicle sold to us.

This is very surprising that your technical team and dealer are unable to resolve our problem permanently again we faced same issue yesterday night 22.01.2021 even after 7 days trial taken by your technical team.
This is my final and last intimation to your team and we can't wait more to resolve this issue.
Sorry to inform you that but we cannot use this vehicle and return to you on Monday.
And we regret to inform you that finally we have decided to register a complaint against HERO company at Consumer forum as faulty vehicle given by you.
