Hero Motocorp — complaint about the service

Dear hero team,
I am the owner of xtream cbz sport150 single disk i use this bike from past 2.1 year want take your kind attention towards pathetic quality from hero service centres. (Hero joyride customer pune)
Resitration no: mh13cm1489
Current mileage : 21530 km only

When i had to come to your service centres for proper bike servicing, every time i had to come again and again after service as to get my bike ready to use after complaint irrespective of putting such amount every time in service. Please think a little about customers as we always don't have time and money to put in our vehicles. After putting such amount and hours of our busy schedule in service centres, if we didn't get proper utilities than how i or other will recommend your brand to others.

A) pratibha motors wakad
Last 2 services taken from pratibha motors wakad with joy ride but not satisfied with there service and all every time i had to come again and again after service. Unprofessional, no proper management, unskilled mechanics, poor service quality. I don’t think they are working for customer satisfaction. I am still facing same issue for which i visited hero showroom. It’s still not solved and every time. First time it was horrible experience.

B) hero sehgal motors chinchwad
I want to tell you the latest example i had with sehgal motors on sunday i. E 20 oct 2018 there are many problems when i told them related problem.
I was driving bike after servicing it was almost 30-40 km i was facing same problems gears noise, engin noise handling increase automatically, etc again put that complaint on 23-oct-2018 to your service center and taken appointment for sunday on 27 oct

1) creating a job card took almost 1 hour in the morning at 9.30 am
2) the bike was still not taken for work till 4 pm and i personally had a word with supervisor but work not done and get the bike at 5.00pm
3) delivered the bike without washing
4) worst management of the workshop i have ever seen.
5) they were just trying to rounding off the things.

My problem are still not done as on i have facing same issues. How you handle the customer and many more. Now think how we. I am not satisfied with hero services.

Today i also realis that sehagal motors only work for counties not for quality. Dealers only work for targets no one work for quality and customer satisfaction. I request please take care of such thigs as not we are from you, you are from us. I had totally lost the faith from hero company.

Petrol fluid and seat lock not working since last 2 months and still the spare parts are in transit as said by the service centre. 60 days are quite long and the name HERO is also a top most brand regarding 2 wheelers which is no doubt getting shabby image. Not at all good for business
मेरे स्कूटर के पिछला ट्यूबलेश टायर है वो चलती गाडी मे पूरा एक साइड से निकल गया कंपनी में गया तो कोई सुनवाई नहीं है ओर आगे की टायर की स्टेपनी मे भी जंग आ गया है स्कूटर को ले हुए अभी 9month हुए हैं 3800km चली हैं
