That I purchased a Maestro Edge from Mahadeep Motors, Jhalawar (Rajasthan). I visited the showroom for service of Maestro Edge on date 09.08.2021. In this regards the following problems were faced the during the service of my vehicle by dealer and service manager are being explained underneath:
1. Service attendant is not mention of my queries related to problem in maestro Edge in service job card and behavior is not good.
2. Problems are not resolved during service of vehicle and I feel troubles in each service.
3. Staff and manager behavior are not friendly and Service of vehicle is not completed at given time.
4. Where is the vehicle kept after service, this information is not with the service attendant?
5. During the service, if any body parts of vehicle replaced. Extra labour charge will be paid.
6. Please provide the service work schedule of vehicles and rates charts as per your company policy.
7. Please provide the CCTV footage of my vehicle during the service time.
8. Body part replaced in my vehicle and included double labour charge (Service labour charge + labour charge of body part replaced) in bill. I am not agreed to paid doble labour charge. They have not given my vehicle.
9. If extra labour charge will be paid why they were not insurance claim.
10. I feel uncomforting going to office without vehicle.
Therefore, you are requested to please look into matter seriously and direct to exempt double labour charge from my bill and given my vehicle as early as possible. Hope you will consider my request. Was this information helpful? |
