I am devidas mithre i am using hero splendor plus i am purchased the vehicle on 06.03.2017. Yesterday i am driving my vehicle in that time clutch cable was broken in running condition i sent my vehicle to dealer work shop (Bhanu automobiles pvt ltd, eerragadda hyd) in that time the dealer work shop sr. Technician mr. Srinu said the part is not covered under warranty. I am asking to him i am purchased the vehicle on 3 months back why its not covered in warranty after a long discussion to srinu finally he is changing the cable but he is not fixing properly (Lever loose). My intention is they are not responding in time and they are not respect the customers. They are spoiled the company brand image. So, please looking the matter seriously.
