My name is chandrashekar from hyderabad. As i wanted to redeem the gold life points after servicing my maestro vehicle from this centre on 17-mar-2020 the female staff ms. Kalyani was very rude in her behaviour and as i had renewed the card on 18-june-2019 by paying rs. 275 and we were told by the same staff stating that the card cannot be issued because they have run out of the cards and wanted us to pick it up later, when i approached her in this regard and to redeem the points, she talked in a insulting manner and even blamed me stating that i could have lost the card but later when i told the manager she agreed that she had not issued the card before.
She even said that i can raise the complaint against her with anyone and said no action can be initiated against her. Also, i was not given the complaint register by the manager mr. Srinivas to write a complaint against her.
Because of her ill-treatment, harassment, i had to pay rs. 1, 285 for the joy riders scheme plus almost rs. 800 for the service even though i was sent an sms stating that there is about 32, 000 + points to redeem.
I think the staff seem to make money by collecting rs. 275 for renewal from customers and instead of issuing the card, each time they are asking for rs. 50 for duplicate card as well. This has become like a business (Additional income for them). I think that this is how your organization is making money by cheating the customers.
If this issue is not resolved i will have to file a cheating and fraud case against this service center and the female staff. Was this information helpful? |
