Dear Sir,
In continuation with previous mail dated 13th August 2022 I would like to inform you that My Hero Glamour Xtech Vehicle no. ( DL3SEW0794) problem has not been solved by Hero Motocorp.
· The bike problem is a starting issue, continuously missing current in the engine in neutral mode as well as riding time from date of purchase.
· In this regard I have many times approached you via email & telephonic. But after one year gone the problem has not been solved by you.
· My bike is still standing in the ARC service Centre Okhla, New Delhi from 13th August 2022.
· I am continuously in touch with you on your complaint toll free no., Service centre But they are not sure when the problem has shorted out.
· After many time approaches regarding the particular complaint to your toll free no. They have provided Hero Motocorp area representative no of Delhi region Mr. Rahul K Nair.( DM) Cont. No.[protected].
· According to him the plant team has suggested replacing the modified throttle body part of the engine.
· But at present this part is not in stock of Hero MotoCorp.
· They are also not confident when this part will be available in stock.
· After two week my bike standing position in your workshop no one can be confident when the problem will be solved.
· So I asked you is it possible that part is not available in Hero MotoCorp stock. Where per day no. of thousand bike manufacturing as a same product. Engine parts are being arranged for 15 days, don't you feel like jokes.
· Sir, I am totally shocked and disturb by the Hero MotoCorp team. Kindly suggest to me where I can try to solve these issues: Hero MotoCorp or Consumer Court.
· In the last 15 days I have paid about 10 thousand rupees to the Private Vehicle( Auto/Taxi). Who will compensate for this?
· After repeated communication with you no response is being given to my mail from your side till date.
