Hero Motocorp — Complaint on Sai Motors Bangalore

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am sorry for writing this mail you that, hero motocorp will be missing his customers very soon, day by day you are becoming worst in services, you need remember one thing without proper services sales won’t improve, from past one year this is my 3rd mail because of your worst service and this time worst thing happened to me in my life after giving a good bike for service after service you have made it in worst condition,

Complain on below mention service center
(SAI BIKES 48, 1st Main Road, Gokula 1st Stage, Mathikere, Yeswanthpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560054)

I gave my bike for service (KA04 HE 4833) on 15TH September 2022 morning, while living for services I had informed to your technician to service my bike and I explained all my issues I was facing Issue and frankly there nothing major.

1) Front disk was very hard and was difficulty to apply breaks and whenever I apply breaks my bike used to get skid (minor Issue) and informed him that front master cylinder was a new and I had fixed recently.
2) Chain Sound.
3) Horn Issue
4) Con Set adjustment
It returned back from my office to home and I could not visit the service center and next day morning I had gone to take delivery and for shocking still my bike was at the parking and not serviced and they requested we will delivery by EOD and I came in the evening it was around 6:30 and they inform we will be closing the workshop, so I took the bike delivery at 6:30 in the evening (invoice no 11535CI22V7541) Invoice Date[protected]:33:36 and bill amount was 328/-.

It was closing time so did not take a test ride and took the bike back home (half a km from home) after service while going back home I felt that there was more issue in my front break because it was just a km from home I did not take the bike outside on that day. Coming to the point the worst thing happened to in my life, the very next day I wanted to visit to my wife home and it was 18km from my home and I wanted to give medicine to kid and started my ride from my home, just 3 km from my home I came to know that my front breaks became more worst and the break was not applying properly but my speed was limit to 35 to 40 because I came to know that breaks were not serviced properly but all of sudden the worst thing happen to me in my life all of sudden the front disk got locked and my bike got skid and I fell in front of BMTC bus (just 2 feet back) Thank God I fell in left side when the break got locked and I Injured my left hand badly. (Images attached) and bike was not moving because of the front tire was locked by the breaks and my hand was bleeding. And immediately I called up to the service center and informed the situation and I scolded them very badly, who is responsibly if anything would had happened to me and immediately I called a local mechanic and he informed that they haven’t serviced it properly and the breaks have been totally jammed and because of this front bearings were also jammed and mechanic informed because of improper services it is difficult to move and it may take more than a day and I informed them I will take back to the service and mechanic informed I will dismantle the front breaks and then the bike will be free. Then after dismantling the breaks I came back to service center without visiting my wife home because of this worst situation. I directly visited the service center even though I was injured. I shouted at them what bloody service have you done to my bike whatever is happened to me it’s all because of your carless service and I kept quite went back to take the treatment. Again I informed them please service my bike properly and take all the responsibility and because of you (service center) I meet with an accident (bike fell to left side) and brake caliper, master cylinder (brand new) and silence cover (brand new one) all were damaged and I informed them and requested them please service the vehicle properly and delivery to me, So again I came back to the service center on 19th Monday they informed the damaged and I informed them to give a estimation of damage on same day and the timing was around 10 am in the morning and I informed them please submit the estimation by 1 to 3 PM today, but trust me they took four days to submit the estimation bill and they submitted on 22nd Thursday and I informed and to fix the break they took four days, they installed new master cylinder I asked it was brand new and was fixed in previous service in Max Motors how can it be damage and daily I was following them and I again they informed on Monday 26th Sep that we are not able to fix the break as we are trying it from past 4 days, I was totally stock and they informed me we are taking the bike to the main service center and we will deliver the bike by EOD and on the same day I got a called and they informed me that bike was ready and when I visited to showroom there was more shock to me that they gave a bill of 3700, ok regarding bill we will come back, when I inspected my bike they had installed master cylinder which is was not related to my bike and the wires were hanging I asked why the break of new cylinder kit is like this break light is not working and they informed me we have replaced a new master cylinder which was new related to my model and it’s a model xtreme and because there was no stock of the old bike, how could this happen and coming to the bill why I need to pay, because damages had happened because of service center and this is how your service center works, is this what you have trained your technician and at last I left the bike and came back to home and informed them if this is the service you do why customer need to take the burden, At last I informed that bike should be ready within a day with all perfect fitting and I am not going to a single penny because I gave for a normal service and you service center has damaged my vehicle, So why I need to pay the money and came back home it’s all most a day has been completed but none of them as called me, is what follow up means, none of the Hero Services Center has giving a proper service from past 2 years, lack of knowledge of the service, no senior technician, no proper inspection, no calls after servicing and Now I am going to register a complain and will taken an action within next 1 day If I won’t a get a proper solution.
