Hero Motocorp — complete not yet resolved

I have karizma r bike ka05jc4420 i have left it for serviceing in one of the asc. They charged 2.5k but my complaint is lik that only and who attended my bike he said need to rp tensioner he charged 315 n r/p lab 118 but after paying that much amout also no changes in engine noise. Then what's the use of pay money. I need answer for this plzz itz my rqst hero moto crp
