Hero Motocorp — dealer could not be able to provide the rc after three months

Website:	RC has not received after the three months.

I have purchased a hero splender plus bike from shyam motors khargapur gomtinagar lucknow-226010 on 13th august 2018. Rto has send me text massage for registration number of bike up32jz3064 on 10th aug 2018 but dealer could not be able to provide me registration certificate for the above vehicle. Even he is not taking my call when i make him a call to take the follow-up for the same.
Please check and fix the issue.
