Hero Motocorp — Dealer not giving vehicle papers

Hello sir
i have purchased hero splendor+ from sehgal automobiles faridabad in month of february. two months gone they have not given original papers for that vehicle(R.C.).
i have purchased on cash payment and there is no payment pending from my side but after requesting many times during two months period still they are not answering satisfactory.
Please help to solve the problem and provide me the papers of bike.
