Hero Motocorp — dealer not provide invoice & rc copy last 5 month

Address:Tilakpurwa Gondarav Baghauli Hardoi, Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, 241304

I purchase hero spelender + byke on date[protected], dealer name-mansuri auto sales pratapnagar chauraha beniganj hardoi.
Last 5 month followup with dealer for rc & insurance copy but dealer side no response. Some time dealer not pick the call and dealer behavior is very bad.
Kindly help for provide rc & insurance copy
