Hero Motocorp — Dealer not selling bike on ex showroom price

Address:Shravanti motors, warora dist-chandrapur.

I am ready with documents and price for purchasing bike but dealer is not ready to sell bike on ex-showroom price. He argue and said that bike will not be sell on ex-showroom price as all the other accessories, services and insurance are compulsory along with. Is it mandatory/compulsory to buy all other services and accessories. Please clarify.
