My self vinay i purchased a bike 22 dec 2019 and i received a defective one
Noise comes his head and showroom engineer did not find what type of noise coming in head regularly he told me noise clear to first service last three days bikes stand on showroom i want replace my bike as immediate

this time i am very fedup for taking followup regularly so please refund my money immediate i am not interested to use hero bike further please provide me procedure otherwise i will go take legally action thanks
