Hero Motocorp — Denied to Provide the Hand Cover Part of Pleasure

I want to purchase a Hero Genuine part to replace in my vehicle and visited to Sehagal Autoriders Pvt Ltd, Chinchwad Pune.
First they are ready to provide it. Once I asked for card payment, They denied to Provide the Hand Cover Part and forced me to get the service from them only. The reason given to me is that available quantity is only one so they can't sell it, if I give my give my vehicle to service their then they are ready to give it.
If you guys are not fulfilling the customer requirements then indirectly you guys are promoting for Duplicate parts in the market.
In the market (Pune), duplicate parts are available but I want stick to Genuine parts as good citizen of a India and do wish to promote Duplicate parts market. For this reason I visited Sehagal Autoriders at Chinchwad Pune and I had this bad experience.
