Hero Motocorp — duet. bought in oct 2019. display gone. vehicle is not starting both by manually and by starter.

Second servicing done in march. At that time we inform dealer that engine is not shutting off. He said that will be taken care of. After servicing we hardly use vehicle for few kilometers for a day or two. Now display gone and vehicle is not starting. How can such problems can arise in new vehicle. Vehicle number - mh 12 sc 2501. Please guide us. We are facing problem due to this lock down. At the time of servicing proper care was not taken

complaint not resolved completely. the vehicle was repaired, but again now it is not starting by starter. Within

a year we are facing so much problems. We request you to replace the vehicle . You can check service histry
at your end,
