Hero Motocorp — duet / poor service from service centers | |||||
The service provided by service center is very poor, even after getting service one within a week i am not happy with the vehicle performance. I am very much disappointed with the after sales & service from hero moto corp. Service centre: sri sai ram motors, bannerghatta road, bangalore. Engine is not so smooth as it should be like other company vehicles (Activa/access) etc. Hero moto corp seems to be only focusing on selling not after service which is really disappointing. Even i was trying to put complaint on their website but the filters doesn't work properly. Was this information helpful? | |||||
