Dear sir,

I have purchased glamour motorcycle from gautam bikes, chandkheda via invoice no.[protected]sinv[protected] on
Dated 10/09/2018.

I have facing issue of engine overheating since last month.

I have already visited gautam bikes & get serviced bike for 2
Times for same issue.

Regret to inform you that not a
Single
Percent improvement of engine
Overheating issue.

Due to that my right side leg
Was
Burned, i have medical report
Also for
The same.


I am field person & i have
Full
Dependency on my two wheeler,
After
Lots of request to
Gautam bikes service person they
Were
Unable to resolve the
Problem, on my last visit they
Were
Charged 180/- rs, for
Wheel balancing which is not
Understandable.

Request to look into this
Matter
&
Resolve problem as soon as
Possible.

(As per bill you have mentioned

Is in 5 year warranty without
Any
Additional cost)

Its my sincere request to
