I have parched passion pro before one year. after 16000 km my bike engine seezed, while all service done properly on time and last service done before one month

Rp sir, I am using passion xpo bike. It is working well, but now I am facing a problem in fuel tank. The fuel tank is getting empty while running in main position. I do servicing in a Hero service centre, but they did no verify it please help me. I will be very thankful to u for that.
