Hero Motocorp — Fault in newly purchased two wheeler | |
My father purchased a brand new super splendor BS6 from anand motors Renukoot sonbhadra ( dealer code- 12100) on 2nd August 2021 on 4th August 2021 it travelled only 150km and there is noise coming from the engine. Vehicle is standing at mangalmurti hero service center in Varanasi. As per initial investigation done by service advisor engine is not getting engine oil for smooth running. Proper PDI was not done at the time of delivery said by service advisor. At the time of delivery, side mirrors, silencer plate and leg guard was missing, still leg guard is missing, dealer advisor said it's a manufacturing defect. Mangalmurti Hero service center advisor said part is not available and it will take 7-10 days to repair the Vehicle. As there is no collaboration between both the dealership to resolve the issue due to that customer is suffering..If it's a manufacturing defect it's Hero motocorp responsibility to coordinate with dealership and resolve the issue... If there any damage to the engine and service center technician opens the engine my father will not take delivery at any cost. Was this information helpful? | |
