Hero Motocorp — Faulty new bike hero super splendor | |||
Sir, This is to inform you that I Rajinder Singh purchase a new bike super splendor on 06 Aug 2021 invoice date 09 Aug 2021 from Baldev Raj & Sons Palampur authorized dealer:Hero MotorCorp.On running of only few kms nearly 200kms bike started problem in running smoothly. Earlier it might be think that might be issue with Servicing and the same sent to above mentioned dealer on 217 kms dated 24 Aug 2021 for first servicing and problem in bike related to pickup and heating problem in engine same narrated to the agency. 1) First breakdown of the bike came to the problem on 14 Sep 2021 at 1730 hrs in Brankad and the case with the agency registered with case no. T[protected].Bike got repaired and handed over to them. 2) Second breakdown on 415 kms with case no TI00804668 with major issues such as engine heating problem, pickup problem, gear changing problem Agency is failed to detect the problem in newly bike result in bringing frustration and loosing faith among customer.It must be necessary that fault in bike to be resolve at the earliest and undertaking to be given by company and agency so that bike will not come to breakdown as it will simply led to wastage of time for customer such failure of newly purchased bike from hero motocorp will break down the trust between hero motor and customer. issue to be resolved to earlies Was this information helpful? | |||
