Facing jerks in hero duet since last 7-8 months but no resolution provided by horizon motors. Vehicle kept at service station for 3-4 days. But still problem was not resolved. Went to service station multiple times which is 30-40km away from home and wasted 2-3 days but still problem is not resolved. Raised complaint[protected] and[protected] in hero motorcop 2 times but poor response received from them. And now they are denied that no jerks is present. They said that it is vibration. Please do the needful as soon as possible. I have last hope from gov service.
