Hero Motocorp — Good life card

My bike no: ap 05 dv 0997 (Hero glamour)

I have purchesed the bike mentioned above in the first week of november, 2016 in the pithapuram hero show room, east godavari district, andhra pradesh (Jayaram auto mobiles).
Many times i requested the branch officers to issue a card, they did not responded positively. I complained about this in kakinada main branch. They also turned a deaf ear to my appeal. I have not received a good life card so far though it is 3 months

In spite of appeals many times no response from pithapuram branch office or kakinada head office

I kindly request you to issue me a good life card
Otherwise i would like to proceed legally
