Dear HERO,
I had the worst experience ever.
1. When I am purchasing the Bike showroom executive informs me that it will give mileage minimum 60-65 but till date 50. I used to fill Power/Speed/Extra Premium all the time. Several times ask the service centre executive regarding this matter but they will be unable to solve my issue.
2. I had done the first few services form the SKYLINE AUTOMOBILES they will give me a manual invoice & every time said there is a system issue but next time they will do the same thing.
3. I had done service form the VINLINE ENGINEERING PVT LTD in the month of February'20 . During delivery time I was in hurry so that I can't verify my Bike properly but when I was reach my home I was found there is a damage in my bike but in that time service centre already closed . Next day morning I received a feedback call from the vinline service centre. At that time I had explained but they completely disagreed with the issue.
4. I had done service form the VINLINE ENGINEERING PVT LTD in the month of June'20. (Claim insurance) . After reaching my home I found I was unable to stop my Bike even removed the key . Also noise issues .But they had sent an engineer at my home to solve the issue but noise issues exist .
5. I had done service form the VINLINE ENGINEERING PVT LTD in the month of November'20.
During delivery time I found Bike properly not cleaned. After that I had done it myself.
Also found Oil tank colour fade & some other parts are damaged where as I had done an insurance claim in the month of june'20 & Noise issue, Mirror not adjusted .
I asked the supervisor for the colour fade & parts damage issue he informed me " During Bike submit he is not checked properly so it may have previously & I have to claim insurance for the repair" .
Also asked about noise issues & requested the supervisor ride one time at least but he informed me without riding my bike there is no noise issue but till date there is noise issue.
Today evening I found My Bike handle is too much vibrating then i got to know that there is a big screw bottom of the key it will get loose. How can It lose between 2-3 days after service by the authorised service centre ? it may cause an accident .
Today found visor also broken by the service center
That is what I experienced after purchasing a Hero Bike.
Kindly look into this matter. I am really disappointed with the Bike .
I am not happy with the Bike.
