I purchased one hero destini, the next month of purchase i saw few screws are not there. Starting problems is continuous. Body parts are not aligned properly. I complained the dealer they are suggesting don't complain to the company. I complained company they are not taking care of the complaint. The digital meter is showing wrong fuel status. On sudden it's fuel bar is changing ans showing different status even if the i fill the fuel. While starting engine it is showing one fuel indicator status and while driving on the way it is showing different indicator of fuel. While some unusual sounds are coming from scooter. The scooter having many scratches in the body.
After purchasing the scooter i am facing issues every day and giving complaint to hero motor cop still they are not taking care of. This is one of my first and last experience with hero motor cop. I will never suggest anyone to go for hero motors to purchase any of the scooter and bikes.
If a one to three month scooter is having so many issues from this i conclude that the product itself in worst.
I will suggest everyone to go for honda bikes and scooters. Honda is very good in handling the customer issues and honda will not cheat the customers. If one customer is complaining they will immediately response and taking care of. But hero customer care service is completely worst. I gave complaint twice still they are not responding.
