I am seema chandak purchased hero duet from arul autowherls, pune 11aug 2017.in feb first week my bike were automatically stop button start. So i show it to my dealer they tired and not able to start it. They told me that battry is fault and need to replace it.. Need 8days time but now today after 10days no response no follow up by the dealer. As bike is not even starting through kick so i am not able to use it. As i need to go office early at 8am in the morning i am facing lots of problems. So today i personally all visited arul autowheels to know the status. But very much disappointed the way they are behaving with us is very arrogantly and rudely. I got totally depressed by such behaviour. Also my husband called regarding kick related problem 4days back they assured that they will sent their mechanic to my home.. Today when i asked about this they rudely replied they he forgot it. Now i want the solution for this. Please if it is going to happens frequently what should i do. Arul autowheels all employees are very rude and very conservative.
