Hero Motocorp — hero duet: very high frequency of filter replacement/ wrong design in air intake

I had bought hero duet, i am facing:
1. Battery issue - for which i had to beg to the dealer
2. Sudden stoppage of bike because of overflow/unknown reason
3. Filter clogging issue: which persists. For a run of nearly 2000km my bike's filter becomes clogged and i get the same solution from the dealer"kindly change your filter".
Totally unhappy.

Sir I hve a gaven a complaint dat my speedometer as broken n i hve told them to change it but in their stock doesn't hve kk but I hve told to order still know their r nt change today 8 months become Ur service is poor
