Hero Motocorp — hero maestro edge scooty

I purchased a new hero maestro edge scooty on 22.07.2018. Within weeks there is problem of engine oil leakage and engine sound. I didn't get registration number yet and my new scooty is at service center at anand vihar new delhi from 4-5 days.
As i was delivered a defective scooty without proper checking i request you to please provide me a new maestro edge scooty as i don't want any problem again. Also as scooty is not with me i am facing problem in going to office.
Please resolve this matter at earliest.
