KL-77-3137 Hero maestro edge Owner: Saritha K V Phone No.[protected] Centre : Koyenco Mobikes, Chakorathukulam, Calicut-673011 Date of service given: 14.09.2020 Date of delivery: 05.10.2020 I have given my scooter for service as well as noice compalints in the engine parts and back tyre, very much noice was coming and scooter was not moving smoothly. They have prepared job card and informed me that there is problem in gear cabin so the parts should change. I have got the vehicle back on 05.10.2020 and by delivering the it is working fine but on the way back to my home again the noise started and more over the service due signal is not reset it is still exist in the dial. The bill for the service which I paid Rs.2674/- bill no.10088CJ20V3130 DT 05.10.2020. My home place was in critical containment zone I was not able to give the back my vehicle. On 12.10.2020 I have got a call form the showroom for taking service feedback I informed them the problem for which I have given for service still exist. So they lodged s reqest ID[protected] and told me the concerned person will call with in 48Hrs. Now almost 13 days over no one contacted me. Kindly take necessary steps for resolving my issue properly with out further cost. Was this information helpful? | |||
