I bought Hero maestro 125 vehicle registration no. TN20DB 6374 on[protected]. Since the delivery day to the last service is somewhere in March 2022, they haven’t a lesion of my complaint. From the top-level i.e Manager to the bottom level Mechanic’s replies are the same very simply, that is these problems are usually in all this model. It can’t rectify.
My Problem statement
1.Front side rattling, 2. Vehicle riding is not smooth as this new, 3. Vibration on low or fast riding, 4 When riding at the edge of road back side wobbling.
Find Local Mechanic
When this month due to Service I took the decision to not go to Siva motors and go to some other authorized service near to me even the long-distance of 50 to 60 Km. Before selecting the service centers, I have gone through all the center reviews and understand all the service centers are got a minimum of 4 very bad complaints. Then I thought about why I should take such a risk to go such long distances and find a good mechanic at a Local nearby me.
Finally, I found and gave my vehicle to him and explain the above my problems, He took a test ride and accept to rectify all the problems time asked me 5hr time.
After his full service of the vehicle, I felt that I am riding a New vehicle. To achieve this, I took one and half years that too not by Hero authorize Mechanic.
Here my complaint is why the same problems are unable to attend Siva motor? From the above experience, I understand the inefficiency of Siva motor Mechanics and Service management.
Why this complaint?
Whenever I was Siva motors Complaint and fight not only me almost all most the customer. I felt better to close the service center and do an only sale on vehicles.
I request Hero motor to look into these problems and if you do not care about it people will go out of Hero service like me. Was this information helpful? |
