Dear sir,
Please be informed that i had purchased a hero passion pro last year during november, which is yet in warranty and its fourth service is due. Since beginning, i am facing a common problem with chain set. It’s getting loose and giving lot of noise and i need to get it tightened very frequently. I have complained about it to your authorized service centre (Satvik motors) in all the warranty services and they are not taking proper action on it and giving it back after just tightening it. Now, during fourth warranty service, which is due now, i have again complaint about it and they are asking for paid replacement of chain set, which according to them, will cost me around rs. 1200/-, while my vehicle kilometer reading is just 9500.
I am not a new user of bike and driving bikes since last 8 years. None of my bike chain set have performed so poor and i know that the life of chain set is anyway more than[protected] kilometers. This bike is having chain set problem since beginning, even when it had run just 500 kilometers. Now your service executives are trying to give funny and useless excuses that i am running 30-40 kilometers daily, that is why, this problem is there. By saying this, they are simply admitting that quality of hero bikes are so poor, because not only me, but lots of my family members have regularly having long rides on bikes and none of them ever have faced same problem.
Therefore, i request you to look into it and take appropriate accelerated action to this issue, otherwise it will have adverse effect on your reputation.
