Hero Motocorp — Hero scooty Pleasure+ complaining about new Scooty But self start not working

Dear Sir,
I bought Hero Scooty Pleaseure+ in the month of July, 2021 from Balaji Motors, Thakurpukur, Kolkata, West Bengal.
But unfortunately my new Scooty (age 2month) the self start is not working at all.I have to start through kich start.
I bought Hero scooty on the reason of its well and good remarks and ratings.But if the scooty start to malfunction within 2months then did the authority gave me the one which was already malfunctioned from showroom itself?
I need help immediately from your esteemed management otherwise i need to proceed for further process being an advocate.
