I have an Hero Passion bike and the number is KA01JK 8612, and i will be giving my bike service every 3000kms from past four years to showroom service only, ... even before 3months completion i am giving to service and spending average 2-2.5k, ..
Just a week back i have given my bike to general service and paid 1500+ and taken the bike, ... with in 2 days i have an chain bracket sound back side ad front wheel also has noise, as i don't have time to give immediately have taken back to service centre today and they are saying that engine has some problem needs to pay 5000/- to repair and sort the issue, ... when i am giving the vehicle to service they needs to advice what needs to be done advancely i did't heared anything about the engine or sound during the service time with in a week if i am getting an complaint why shoudl i give my bike to showroom only, ... when asked the service supervisor today he is saying that previous person has mentioned service remark, engine overla, etc, ... but he has not informed my anything about this, ... if am giving an bike to service centre every time its believing that it will not happen anything and showroom team will update advancely if anything needs to be done, ... If the team is not updating me properly why i needs to pay every qtr some amount, ... i will not pay 5k for your team issues, ... kindly call back and clarify until than i will not do take my bike from service center, ...
