Respected sir

i would like to express you the bad experission which i experience from the hero on (26/08/2016)
I mr.don sebastian had given my hero xtreme bike (kl.60.H.4951) Rc owner (Sebastian Mathew) for cherpuzha A PLUS motors from doing service.the complaint which i had to do them that body vibration is more and front fork bend etc.But instead my complaint they replaced the fork bend, oil seal, concet, sing and bush.But they did not ask my permission to change the concet.After the reparing front fork became ready, but there was no change for the vibration .when i asked them about this they tolled that its vechile stability is less so this will be like this.Just after 2 weeks the same bike happened to leak from under the fork again i took the bike to the showroom and repaired it.Just next day it self started to leak from upside of the same fork again.I took the showroom and after the reparing this bike started to make more loud sound when it jump into gatter become of that they increased the oil level from 160 ml to 170 ml.But then also there was no benifit from that.so i meet had to speech with the manager (name Mr.Balu) in his instruction he tolled me to Mr. Aneesh the experienced main two wheeler mechanic from cherupuzha and company will pay the money for reparing cost.And i came to him and know the main mistake from him which company had made in the bike the problem was in one fork oil was less and in other fork oil was more and continous cheacking we come to know that they did not change the concet and sing and bush.So again i went and met to the manager.When i meet him he become angry on me and said that the money which i paid will not be return back to me.so when i asked to the showroom mechanic he said that he didnt change the concet and sing and bush.So when i discussed this manager Mr. Balu.He said that if i bring to the bill he will return my money back.But unfortunately lost some piece of paper but i had the main proof for that with that when i approched him Mr. Balu and sales manager Mr.manoj they both treated me very badly and they were hertoring me and later.Sometimes they gave Rs 460/- for sing and bush.

Sir cherupuzha is the city where more uneducated rural people live.So i humbly requst you to give necessry help from the side of HERO company and give the sufficent punishment to these kind of people and also i would like to request you to get my money back and compensation for became affronted infront of others and also wasting my precious class time and status.

i am sending this letter to you to say not only my own experience but also others.So we are wating to see the proper action from you aganist this people
