My Name is Md Selim Sk. I have purchased a Hero super splender bike With Dise on 30.07 2020. Registration no- WB 08J 1120 and chassis no - MBLJAWM182L9G00613. till time the hero vender not delivered RC book to me. so kindly help and suggest what to do.
