Hero Motocorp — I bought brand new xpulse 200 fi

I brought barnd new xpulse 200 fi at 22/12/2019 at focuz biwheelers, kadavanthra, kochi, kerala. But i got scratched hand guard and both mud guards and time meter and switch the sales guy told me it will be replace in first service. Today done my first service but nothing is replaced and the service advisor hold 2 days my xpulse but still it's scratched and dirty and i'm not satisfied with the service can you solve the issue is please.
