Hero Motocorp — Irresponsible behaviour with showroom staff over servicing

Hi Team,
I have given my bike (AP 39J K6672) for 1st servicing in Sri Lakshmi Motors Gudivada. When I have given for servicing supervisor had listed down the small small scratches. The problem is at the time of delivery. I have see the left mirror has been broken and back mudgar become bend . That was completely staff mistake and I'm sure it was happed in show room itself. When I was questioned them the way how the reply and arguing with me is worst. They are very rude in answering. Infact some one talk like you complaint where ever you want. I need an explanation how come they behave like hell with the customer.
Pls make an investigation and pls make sure they should not behave rude anyone else in future.
