Hero Motocorp — ismart 110cc engine problems

I have purchase ismart 110cc bike but bike engine are very bad service
Garg motors malakhera (Alwar) service center not certified for last three days, witout bike ihave big probleme so please help me.

Please help immediately if you not action my case, sorry i have stop ecs payment

I am rahul arora from sri vijay nagar dist sri ganga nagar . i have herosplender plus bike and chassis no MBLHA10AMF4A13711 OR ENGINE NO HA10EJF4A15009 OR REG NO RJ13SV4702. gerebox is not working and shocker are not working properly ... kindly please replace gerebox and shocker
