Hero Motocorp — Ismart complaint

Dear i am ashutosh from gujarat, purchase a bike from anas motar ankleshwar in february month 2017 and in this problem is in starting in april 2017 no self work and no work ics system and i will service complaint then no any will perform about this matter. What can i do.?
If my problem is not short out then i will claim in consumer form.
