Hello myself Arnab,
I purchase Galmour FI- BS4 model on 2019, after completion of 3 rd free service i found lots of problem like :- Starting problem, engine off suddenly in running condition specially at the time of gear changing . I have informed the same to [protected]@heromotocorp.com on dt:- 09.02.21. After that i have done 2 free service & 2 paid service, but very unfortunate issue has not been solved.
As a result on Dt:- 29.05.2022, by bike sudden stop at running condition & i submitted to service center HITECH HERO( Taratala) on Dt:- 01.06.2022 & from that date still it is in service centre & due to lack of spares parts they are not able to start till date. Very surprising to see such kind o[censored]nprofessional process. My Job is suffering due to absence of bike .
Please do needful otherwise i have to move legally.
