I am gopal lal sharma from dausa rajasthan 303501. I have hero extreme. Before lockdown i lost my bike key and i request to mostly showroom of dausa for this issue but not any response from any of the service center, at last i reached at hero showroom near somnath choraha dausa and request to them for solve this issue and they told me we have submitted your request for make a new key/changed lock. I submitted my rc book and licence also but not any responce from them last 5 months. Weekly i met to them and asked about about the process but they all are hands up and nothing to tell regarding this problem. I am suffring in problem last 5 months and not any one clue to how solve this issue so please understand my problem and do some need full. Plese help me regarding this issue.
