I have purchased 01 Moped in 2017 Mestro Edge Hero MotoCorp Limited in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.

The services provided by the dealing agency were not up to the mark. I requested customer care to provide a nearby service center then I visited Abhishek Motors, Qyoti Road, Baikunthpur, Distt- Rewa, MP as suggested by Hero customer care..
I have to keep my moped twice for more than a month (once in 2021 and again in from Feb. 2022)
For the last two years, we have been facing a problem with the moped due to its non-functioning. The agency informed us about the non-availability of the parts and kept them for more than 30 days. We are unable to use the moped for more than 2 months. In the last service dated 10/03/2022 Abhishek Motors, Qyoti Road, Baikunthpur, Distt- Rewa, MP raised a bill of Rs. 4490/- and released the moped after more than 30 days. The charging amount is not the first time we paid more than 8000 for the same, but even after that my Moped is not working. We have been told many times that parts are not available and the same is not ready to handover, by saying that they have kept it waiting for 30 days or more. My moped is currently at home in nonworking condition and I am not in a condition to take it again and again to the hero agency and keep it again for more than 30 days. Without my moped, I am suffering a lot. I am also facing problems in completing my day-to-day work.
I am forced to see a Private Mechanic, where I have paid money from my pocket and your Agencies and service centers have not given any support. I also lodged a complaint to your customer care no. [protected]. I got a complaint Id: [protected].
The moped is not working at all now. Please take a call and do the needful. Hero Motocorp is a big and great company, but I am not getting proper responses from service agencies. The ethics of the company should be maintained and customers should be benefited.
As a response to my complaint, I want my bike in a fully working condition, I request the company to replace the Moped and provide a new one. If not possible, a compensation amount of cost equivalent to the moped + service charges paid from my pocket to the hero agencies.
If I do not get a proper/satisfactory response from the company side, I have no choice but to go for Consumer Forum, Govt. of India.

The complaint has been raised on 1 april, nothing has been done so far. My bike is still in non woking condition. I need permanent solution.
My bike should be working.
