From since i purchased the vehicle it almost 1.5 years still the service center not recognize the engine noise still they say its normal but according to me its not normal the vibration while we accelerate was very high and the front side mask noise was too irritating thats also didnt resolved by service center i services my vehicle with proper schedule by company maintenance schedule. Kindly give your prior intimation to this case

As hero company provides 5 year warranty in engine still they are charging me for engine issue i.e., hero service center, kalimati road, sakchi, jamshedpur, jhaarkhand. I need urgent action from you as i am not going to pay any penny for my engine work and they are detaining my vehicle.
