Hero Motocorp — my speed meter trip starter is not working

I have brought hero destini125 from h m motors porur. I have issuse from the time of my delivery. The vehicle is delivered without front shild. After a week i saw the demo vechicle then only thet fix it. From the bening my speed meter trip starter is not working. I have informed them four times when time of my service. I am ready to pay. But still they didnt fix it. Ple do the need full
