I am a unsatisfied owner of. Hero duet no AP04BC7785. Resently 20 days back my vehicles' front parts damaged when I met with an accident. I am an official in SBI, By that time I am roming around the authorised service center at cuddapah (sree gopal hero cuddapah. Andhrapradesh) to replace the damaged spare parts. But till date they are not even respond properly with customers. Even at the time of general service also they are are showing hell. I am tired with the behavior of the service center personnel and decided to sale the vehicle to the scrap. I am also strongly recommend with my friends not to purchase this vehicles because proper service and spareparts are not available at the service center. When we come with a problem to the service center to resolve the issue, they not even clear the issue but create another issue in the vehicle. I am requesting you that is ther any time norms at the service centers that a customer has to roam 4 or 5 times to change the vehicle sparepart.
